• My site was all messed up so I figured it would be easier to uninstall WP and then reinstall it. However I cannot figure out how to delete the wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes files. I have deleted them in both my c-panel and ftp client. In the c-panel, in the public root html folder, when I delete the files they actually disappear, but when I refresh the page they are mysteriously there again. With filezilla when I delete them they just stay right there. Can anybody help me with some advice as to how I can get rid of these files. I;m not a techie so it has to newbie friendly advice.
