How to color code events by category

    If I create multiple categories and want the event to show on the calendar with a certain color based on that category, how I do that?

    In other words, I’d like anything with the “sporting events” category to have a background color of green. “After school events” is in red, etc.

    Thanks for reaching out! At the moment, we don’t offer a built-in way to achieve this effect. However, the third-party plugin The Events Calendar Category Colors is often used to similar ends, and it comes highly recommended by many of our users!
