I’m using the plugin in order for people to “register” to participate in a charity event.
I need to collect the following:
- Shirt Size (drop-down)
- Walking with dog? (drop-down)
- Walking in honor/memory of _____________? (text box)
- Team Name? ___________ (text box)
- Phone Number? __________ (text box)
Currently, I can easily use this plugin for drop-downs.

As you can see, though, I’m missing input from the customer. I need a way for customers to specify those three (3) items via text boxes.
PayPal buttons allow for this, so I figure this plugin should be able to handle it, also.
Hi, unfortunately this plugin cannot add the text box for buyers to type in information.
That’s a bummer. I feel like this is an unnecessary limitation of this plugin. I should think that a text input field would be just as easy to integrate as the drop-down variables.
Would you consider implementing this function or provide direction on how this might be achieved?

I was REALLY hoping there was a way to do this as well. For my needs, I have an “event registration page”, where I need to get the First, Last name for each person being registered for the event.
IF this isn’t something I can do directly in the plug-in, is there a way they can enter the information on PayPal when they pay for the items. Ie – a ‘shipping information’ box?
