How to clear cache manually?

    How do i completely clear all cache files manually? I’ve looked in /wp-content/cache via FTP and there isn’t really much in there.

    I’m told by another developer that transient files aren’t handled well by W3TC and thats why one of the CSS files isn’t being properly re-cached across the entire site. So i need to force W3TC to clear its entire cache.
