• Hi folks,

kind a new in WP world, I have a theme installed on my website and I would like to change the theme admin framework from BELISSA to BUGGU ? Is there any plugin for that or I need to play around the css – and I am not good with css at all 🙁 !!

I will appreciate if anybody can give me a hand on this. I just don’t want to see the theme option panel with the name of the developer, I would like to take it off or replace it with name I want.

    Cheers,

    Nar

In the meantime, what theme are you using & where did you download it from?

    hi guys,

thank you for your support. I am using Avada from Themeforest.
I know how to make the changes via css, what I don’t know is if I need to do it offline via FTP ? or online ?

The point is, if I change the name of the theme folder and edit the heading of css where the theme author is indicated , do I will be able to keep the current data ?
The website is currently running, but when people look at my page source they will be able to see what kind of theme I am using, and I don’t want that.

    This my issue so far.

    Your thoughts on this ?

    Cheers,

    Sago

I would recommend that you make the changes offline. download a copy of the theme’s folder. Change the folder name and then make the necessary changes in the styles.css file,. Then e-upload the amended theme. This will give you a new theme with the name that you prefer but keeps the old one as a backup – just in case.
