Hello,

Ultimate member send e-mail located in “plugin\template\email” it’s easy to change the body of the email but how can I change the subject of the email ?

Hello,

Yes I already change the body of this e-mail but the e-mail is not send.

Maybe some incorrect or forbidden character ?

Hi @hdeuxo,

Do you use any “smtp plugins”, this might be the cause of this issue.
Make sure you are using the latest 1.3.87 version of the Ultimate member.
