How to change media files

    Hello!

    I am developing a multilanguage site that has banner ads on it. I am using the adRotate plugin to acheave this. When the user switches languages I need the banners to change aswell. There are seperate gif files for 2 languages.

    I can currently translate image titles and meta information in the media manager with sublanguage but I cant specify a seperate image for the second language. The url is grayed out. How would it be possible to achieve this with sublanguage?

    Hello,

    Sorry, you cannot do this with sublanguage. This adRotate plugin appears to use custom database tables and offer no hook to filter output. It is impossible to do what you’re asking 🙁

    It is as i feared.

    Would you have any reccomendations on how to get the functionality I am after?

    You need to change either the banner plugin or the multi-language plugin. I think you can handle this with a plugin based on a wordpress multi-site, like MultilingualPress.

    I have no other ads banner plugin to recommend you, because I never used one.
