How to change form name

The “From name” entirely depends upon your Email Host to say whether it could be changed or not. In general, it’s common for Hosting providers to override the “From Name” set via a plugin to the domain name of the website, if that’s the case, then you’ll notice such behaviour.

I can confirm the “From Name” in the plugin works in my system when tested, unless a host isn’t overriding the “From Name” it should work fine out of the box.

Would highly recommend bringing this to your Hosting provider and see if this is something they could help with. If not, you’ll have to consider using the SMTP plugin which should help with overriding “From Name” and “Email”.
