I have read the documentation on changing templates. But that deals only with PHP files, not the editor-style.css file.

How can I either change the CSS applied to the editor, or else substitute my own CSS file for the one supplied with DW?

In fact, it would be even better if you did not include an editor-style.css file at all, and just let the site’s theme’s editor-style.css file style the editor.

Resolved this by creating my own question-submit-form.php and answer-submit-form.php templates and then substituting the regular MCE editor for the customized DW version.
