    Chane this from Job Listings->Settings–>Email
    and then Change The “Default Email Field” to your desired from.

    Hmm, weird..
    I do not have this ’email’ bookmark.
    I need probably the ‘Applications’ plugin from Wp Job Manager..
    Is there a way to change it without this plugin?
