How to automatically set comment reply date

Hello, I have tons of comments waiting my reply and I have been very busy lately to do so.
Can someone please think of a way to automatically set my comment replays’ date to be something like this: original_comment_date + 24h
This will make my replays look timely.
The comments aren’t time sensitive, they’re just thank-yous and other niceties.
