• Hello! We are a crew tryin to create new plugins for wordpress to sell to people and we need a method to authenticate our products in such way no unintended or fraudolent user could eventually run our code and access functionalities we offer.
Is there some method used to achieve this?

  • There are a few ways that I am aware of to do this. The most common way is to use a secure licensing system of some sort that checks for a license when checking for updates.

Thank you! Was a big help from you.

Well, this is more of a question for https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/ than it is here. You wont get much help with things like this here on wp.org. This forum is meant for support with the core code that is provided through the download section of this site and the plugins/themes provided in the repository. We are a volunteer based forum. Sorry I could not be of more help.
