How to alphabet search

i have more then 2k post and i would love to have a alphabet search on my blog, is there any way i can do a alphabet search by changing something here .com/?s=a&x=0&y=0 (only search first letter of the tittle not entire post)

i did not add tags on my blog so im tryng to find out the best way to do this, i was thinking may be plugin that will add automatically tag the first letter of the tittle.

any suggestion?
