How to allow free html/css in Pages?

Hi again,

I’d like to be able to use free html in the content of the pages I’m creating. I need to be able to have <div> tags etc and when I save wordpress screws with my code and tries to convert everything to <p> tags which is really irritating. Is there any way to turn this off? Plugin maybe?
