How to add “Tab Link”

    I’m new to WordPress and currently setting up a site with the DeepBlue theme http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/deepblue and though I did a search on the site here and looked around in the Admin panel of WordPress but could not figure out how to create a tab / link. I want to add a tab for registration and login but could not figure it out.
