How to add Post ID only new posts

I want to change Permalink Settings http://www.mysite.com/sample-post/ to http://www.mysite.com/%postname%-%post_id%/
Is this possible my old post URL not change and my new posts url with post ID?

Unfortunately, I don’t think you can.
You *may* be able to use the Redirection plugin: https://www.wpexplorer.com/change-permalinks-wordpress/
I’d ask them about it first: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/redirection/
