How to Add online Locker Plugin

Please help me. i am going to make online locker booking facility. like in bank we are putting safe gold and important documents. as same i want to make my site. like customer can submit online application form with necessary documents. and he/she can able to book only his/her locker. and could also pay online.

Please tell me how i can approach this one. which theme and plugin can be use.

Please help me for this. its very urgent.
