How to add a quick link

I am trying to add a quick link onto my job’s website and have searched all through the html looking for the wording of the other two (that were added previous to my employment) and was wondering under which category in Editor I would find the place to put it. The theme was custom built for our site, just still trying to find my way around.

Help ASAP would be greatly appreciated!
