How save bank payment date

    Hello,

    I wonder how admin can save/edit payment details (date/time, exact amount which may be different from the order total amount, and the bank account number) made through bank transfer for each order.

    Any help in this would be appreciated.

    Hi there!

    By default, those orders placed while using BACS as the payment method are set as On-Hold status. When you receive the payment outside of your store, and you mark the payment status for the order as completed, that date/time will be recorded. The date created is when the order was placed, and the date paid is when the payment was marked complete:

    If you’re attempting to change the order amount though, you’ll need to manually update the details as per https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#viewing-and-editing-a-single-order

    Thank you @aashik for the prompt reply.
    However, I am looking for a bank transfer payment plugin with more features. Do you know any by chance? or is it possible to add some additional editable fields to this one (BACS)?

    Hello,

    The location of the shop is UK.
    I want to be able to save the following details of bank transfer payment for each order:

    Bank name, account number, amount deposited, bank transfer charges (if applied), deposit date

    Hey again!

    I’d recommend looking at using SEPA as a part of Stripe https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe

    That will allow you to use the SEPA system that’s supported by pretty much every European bank, and it gives you a lot more info on the transactions.
