Are those pages actually in the admin area under “Pages”? If so, you will have to remove them manually or find a pattern in how they was created and remove them from the DB.

I am hesitant to provide the how to use the DB method because things can go very wrong there is it is not in your second nature.
If there is around 100 other posts, the best and safest way to remove the bad posts would be to use the page list in wp-admin. Use the select all feature, check to makure that you are not removing any real pages, and the select delete in the dropdown.
If you delete something that was a real page, you can always go into your trash and restore it. Once you know all it good, then clean your trash out.
