Hi!
Thanks a lot, but I’d like to see how the Pro version works specifically the video feature under the image gallery.
And another question is: is it possible in case if I’ll buy a PRO version (mainly for of the Own Video support) the possibility of a refund, for example, within 14 days in case if this tool won’t work for me?
Hi guys!
Please advise – is it possible in case if I’ll buy a PRO version (mainly for the Own Video support) to check its work within 14 days and in case if this tool won’t work for me to make a refund of its cost?
Hello,
For refund policy, if any issue face then send us an email in support to fix the issue if we can not fix then will refund without any question.
Thanks
Thanks, but I’m not saying about bugs in the plugin.
I just want to know that in case if I buy a plugin, but it doesn’t meet the requirements that I need – how’s the chance to refund me for it and cancel my subscription?
You are using free version so before purchase check pro version features and demo.
Thanks, I read the description about the PRO version, but my request is to try it out how it works in real life, and want to be sure that if this plugin doesn’t work for me, I will get a refund for it.
Please assist. Thanks!
Then please provide me with a demo site with the PRo version installed, so i can see how the Video feature works
Thank you!
1. I see that YouTube videos are used here, I also would like to check “Video/ Own Video support”, where I can find it?
2. Does this plugin compatible with Storefront theme?

Hi,
1. Video is only for pro version.
2. Yes, it is supported Storefront theme, also we use Storefront theme at our demo.
Thanks
1. Video is only for pro version.
– This is exactly my concern: it’s only possible to upload YouTube videos (links)?
2. Is there a chance to upload my own videos (from PC) how will look in the admin panel, and at the page itself?
