How Image with post On Front Page.

    Hello Guys i saw too many wordpress site having an image and then followed by Some text from Post and then Read More Link ..
    Can anyone tell me how i can do this i want a Thumbnail of an related image with Post on Left side of post and then Few lines and then Link to ReadMore .. Readmore part is ok i can do it but Help me with Thumbnail .. Thanks
