Hi, there is no ‘opt out’ feature simply because it would be impossible for any plugin like this to do (genuinely) so. Any other plugin or theme could set a cookie and this plugin would have no way of knowing what belonged to what or why it was needed. You’d have to do custom programming to get it all working. What you can do is point them to a page explaining how to delete cookies from their browser, which is the way many of the larger commercial sites do it.
