How do you reply?

    Hi, when someone sends a message from the shortcode form, how do I reply to the message? I see that it creates a new user profile and has a place to jot down notes, but I don’t see how I can reply to the user’s message from inside the plugin interface. The only options I see are Trash, Archive and Trash with the User.

    Where is the reply button?

    Are we suppose to use another emailing system outside of WordPress to get in contact with these people? Seems to me all the messaging should be done internally.

    Or is this what you are saying is in development? Email Synchronization – synchronized email management. (in development)

    If it doesn’t have the feature, then how can I completely delete the plugin from my database? What entries and tables were created?

    Hello.

    In wp-crm functionality there is no place for corresponding with user. But you can receive message though the form and you can send message using premium Add-on Group messaging.
