How do you get back to the default permalink structure?

    How do you get back to this format: “…./?page_id=10”?

    I’m trying to embed a photo gallery to a page on my site, but its only successfully porting with this permalink structure. I’ve made changes, and currently, the Page with ID 10 is set as, say, “/gallery”.
