How Do I Upload An Image like this?

I’m trying to find out how to upload an image a certain way.

Below is how my link structure looks when I upload a photo to a blog post. And if you click on the image it opens in a blog post by itself where you can comment.

Another well known site in the area has there link like below and it goes to the root of the photo. How can I do this on my own blog?
