How do I submit my theme

Hello
I have a new theme.

When I uploaded it on the page http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/upload/, I got a response from the system – “We appreciate your interest in sharing you theme, however we already have many theme variations generated from the Artisteer software.”
How do I submit my theme to wordpress.org?
Any help is received with thanksgiving.
