How do I setup schema values for specific pages? | WordPress.org

I see a schema tab, but it only has option for content type. I do not see any options to add values. In this case it is for a restaurant. I would want to add cuisine type, address, phone, hours, etc

Also, how do I view the structured data for a page? Every site that has a viewer only tells me the page has structured data and not display the actual values.

Thanks for using Yoast SEO. I’ve addressed your concerns below:

Yoast SEO does not add restaurant-related Schema markup by default. We have a Schema API that allows developers to customise the Schema output and add extra as needed. Please refer to our Schema API documentation here: https://developer.yoast.com/features/schema/api/.

how do I view the structured data for a page?

Publicly available tools such as the Schema Markup Validator and Google’s Rich Results Test are helpful

I would like to make it easy for client to manage. What about https://wpschema.com/ ? Or perhaps we should switch to https://rankmath.com/ Looks like it does schemas as required too.
