How do I restore a backup?

    I installed a plugin that screwed up my site, so I need to restore a backup made with BackWPup Free.

    All I can find regarding restoring a backup is this on the Dashboard:

    Restoring backups

    With a single backup archive you are able to restore an installation. Use a tool like phpMyAdmin or a plugin like Adminer to restore your database backup files.

    Not very helpful, frankly.

    What exactly do I need to do to restore a backup?
