How do I pay?

I was a premium paid customer and auto renew is enabled but it shows the key is expired. I shows auto renew is enabled @ $*/year which is the discounted price I signed up at.

I tired to email the company but I guess since my key is expired, they ignore my emails even though I was asking how to pay and renew.

It’s a problem when your customers can’t pay you.
