How Do I Make Text Boxes?

I am doing a site for a client – http://www.caverlawoffice.com/ – and for the slider on the home page, I can’t figure out how to make two distinct blocks of text.

I tried to just put everything on the same line and put spaces in between to line everything up, but it ended up looking good on my comp, but my client’s comp sees it with all the spaces and it looks jacked up.

Can anyone help me?
