I just changed to a new theme and I can’t figure out how to log in

I don’t see a log in button, I clicked on everything

Can someone tell me how to log in?

Yeah, not all themes have a login link/button. You will have to bookmark your login link (or memorize it). It should look something like this:

http://[YOUR_DOMAIN]/%5BYOUR_BLOG%5D/wp-admin/
