How do I fix my Theme Editor page?

    I keep getting this error:

    HTTP 500 – Internal server error
    Internet Explorer

    this happens every time I try to go into my theme editor.
    I tried to put up a different theme from the original one my sister put up for me, and this is what happened.

    And now my page looks like this:

    Please help, I don’t know what to do.
