How do I do this?

Hi, I’m very new to making webpages but I would like to have a photoblog website for my photography. I came across this website which is powered by wordpress and really like the way the gallery and website is setup. Could anyone here give me some steps on how to start getting my website setup like this one.

I have my website set up and running wordpress already so i’m at least that far.
