How do I display multiple link categories?

    Right now I am using the Desert Theme from AlexKing’s website and I have no idea how to properly configure the links properly. Within the wordpressadmin itself, I have all my links categorized into 6 different categories each with their own names. However viewing the blog, all the links are under one alphabetical arranged category titled links. How do I get the links to display separately in their own categories under their appropriate names and titles?

    Here is an example of what I want.

    Nice Links
    -a
    -b
    -c

    Not-so-nice Links

    -a
    -b
    -c

    Groovy Links

    -a
    -b
    -c

    Here is what I have currently displaying

    Links

    -a
    -b
    -c
    -d
    -e
    -f
    -g
    -h
    -i

    Also does anyone know of any recent comment plugins that work for this theme? I’ve tried 3 versions, but none of them seemed to work.
