How do I delete my site?

    Hello all,
    Recently I purchased a domain on hostgator, and I tried to make a site using wordpress. However, I eventually realised that wordpress does not give me what I want, and now I want to start from scratch, using html, php, etc. to make my site instead.
    Quick googling tells me that I can go to settings and select delete my site, but I’m not getting that option. What do I do?

    Hostgator has a c-panel. You can just delete the WordPress files from there.

    so I just gotta go to quickinstall and uninstall it?
