How do I create a form

    There is probably no forms listed because there are no form submissions captured in the DB.

    How do I submit a form to the data base?
    Where would I locate a form to submit?

    You don’t create forms with CFDB. You create forms with one of the many form plugins that CFDB integrates with (like Contact Form 7).
