How do I add an "Icon Widget"?

    So far I have the base layout started for the new site @ http://twistedmac.com/ but where you currently see the RSS feed icon I want to add a few icons that link to another site. I want to have an icon for “twitter, youtube & news feed”

    It’s the social bar for this theme but I can figure out how to just use either HTML or another widget just to have an icon to link to another site.
