How correctly translate theme with .pot ?

​Hello,
I wish translate some text items in this theme http://wp1.themexlab.com/wp/gardencare/, for example “or” in phrase “telephone number OR Contact us” or “Home” in breadcrumbs…. etc

I am using Loco translate for this and have Child theme too.

Theme installation contain pot file:
/public_html/wp-content/themes/gardencare/languages/gardencare.pot​

but Loco translate still doesn´t know work with this anyway after copying them into child theme

How can I correctly translate theme ?
