How can I set global cookie? .domain.com

Problem:
Under subdomain.domain.com address is hosted WordPress site with cookie plugin.
Under http://www.domain.com is static website what i cannot change now to WordPress.
I need to send to visitor at subdomain.domain.com cookie with parameter .domain.com to be compatible with .domain.com cookie from http://www.domain.com.
In other way, user coming to subdomain will get popup from cookie law plugin, and then again will get second popup from static website at http://www.domain.com.
subdomain.domain.com is an integral part of http://www.domain.com from design and content point of view.
How can I set cookie to .domain.com with cookie-law-info plugin?
