How can I send conditional data in email response

    I have 2 select boxes if you see on above shared URL.

    1. Select QA Package
    2. Select QA Service

    Data of second select box is loading based on what user select on first one. It is working fine. But how can I send selected data in email via contact form.

    For now I have to put everything but in actual I want to send only selected 2 things in email. one selected value from first select box and one from second selected box.

    I am trying like :

    Name: [your-name]

    Package Name : [menu-991]
    Package Monthly Service 1: [group-102][menu-676]
    Package Hourly Service 2: [group-845][menu-677]
    Package Flexible Service 3: [group-324][menu-678]

    But above is not working.
