    theres some plugin that really pissed me off. its a garbage and wasted my time. I so want to rate it 1 star, but it wont allow me to rate.

    How do i rate wp plugin?

    You only get to rate a plugin once. But just click on the 1st star to give it a one star rating. You can also start a new topic for a given plugin by clicking the “Write a new topic” link at the bottom right of each plugin page.
