You can submit a refund request by logging into our store.
Since this forum is to only be used for wpDataTables Lite, Commercial products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by WordPress.org moderators, so we can’t post the login link here.
You’ve received an email with the purchase code for the plugin, and in that email, there’s a link where you can log into our store. Once you do log in, click on the three-dots menu in the far right where you see your license, and click on “Request Refund”.
If you don’t see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per wpDataTables Refund Policy, you’re no longer eligible for a refund.
