It seems likely that the issue you’re encountering is due to your theme’s stylesheets overriding the plugin’s styling.
Would you mind switching your theme temporarily to Twenty Twenty-Four, or a similar one, and letting us know if the problem persists?

Thank you for the suggestion! I’ve investigated further and indeed found that the issue was related to my WordPress theme’s styles overriding the plugin’s styling. I’ve made the necessary adjustments and everything is working smoothly now. Appreciate your assistance!
