How can i create submenus?

    In each page i make makes a tab, but in that tab i would like submenu page. How can i do this? Sorry i am new with wordpress and would like assistance. While i am Here what cool plugins can i download to make my site look professional? My current theme is LightWord 1.9.9.4 por Andrei Luca
