    Hello, this is Enmanuel from Elementor support.
    To over lap elements like show in the picture you can use the negative margin settings each widget has. This way you can move them over each other.

    Then to choose which is on top or under, you can use the Z index setting in the advanced setting of the widget to move it forward or back.
