Hover/rollover color change

Hello:

I am trying to change the color of my top nav bar. My main concern is changing the hover color so that it rolls over in red. I’ve tried to replace the current hover color (blue) with a red. I’ve ravaged the code and replaced all link colors but can’t seem to get it to change. I even went into the images folder, and re-made all the .gif and .jpg images into red if I suspected they may be used for a rollover.
If anybody can make a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.
