Hover Issue | Menu shifts down a few pixels

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with my current menu, every time I hover over any menu item the entire menu shifts down in position by a few pixels.

I have reinstalled numerous times and attempted to find others that have had this issue to help me come up with a solution but have failed miserably.

Please could you shed light on this matter.
