Hover color effects

    Hello,
    I have noticed that the link colors are a bit faded, not 100% white.
    In the main menu I have been able to override this by setting the “Over” text color to white. However, in the footer, which has white text, the links appear faded.
    What is the css to disable/change this hover effect?
    I believe it applies to the BUTTON in the header menu as well, that even though I set it to white, it’s not 100% white.

    I set the hover color for the button to be white, but it looks grey…
    How can I fix this?
