hostmonster phpMyAdmin

So im tyrin to install WP on my server with phpMyAdmin on a hostmonster server. but i keep on getting an error. i feel like i’m doing it right, but i took screenshots to show you everything im doing… i feel like its the process of making the table. my login and password is correct (i made that in the cPanel of my backend) and the localhost is right (i even tried @localhost).
